Hey everyone! The last few weeks have been great! I am loving being here in Lake Forest! I have been in the same ward for almost 6 months now but seriously it is the best! I feel like part of the ward family :) recently we have been focusing on helping ward members get to know and invite their nonmember friends to activities. We know that most of those ready to accept the gospel are already friends of members! This has proved so true and we have seen so many miracles come through as we pray and work. One cool miracle was a couple weeks ago we set a goal to get 2 solid member referrals. We were working hard and meeting with a lot of members but we still had not received a referral on Friday, then, we were in a lesson where a member we are helping return to the church mentioned her nonmember boyfriend who we are now teaching. While we were in the lesson we received 2 separate texts with 2 more referrals! It was an amazing miracle to see how all three referrals came through at the same time, and since then we have kept receiving member referrals! One of those three referrals has been coming to church and is so prepared to receive the gospel so if you all could pray for Hervé that would be great!
